At Educatsio School of Dance and Music, we believe dance is more than just movement—it's a journey of self-expression, connection, and continuous growth.
1. Enrollment & Attendance:
Students must register before attending classes.
2. Payment & Booking:
Students can book any number of classes and pay monthly.
3. Refund & Missed Class Compensation Policy.
No Refunds: The fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be provided for missed classes, regardless of the reason.
Missed Class Compensation is provided only for Bulk Bookings:
20 Classes Package: Eligible for 2 compensation classes in the same month with the same instructor.
30 Classes Package: Eligible for 3 compensation classes in the same month with the same instructor.
40 Classes Package: Eligible for 4 compensation classes in the same month with the same instructor.
Conditions:
Compensation classes must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
They must be taken within the same month as the missed classes.
4. Conduct & Discipline
Students must respect instructors, staff, and fellow dancers.
Disruptive behavior, misconduct, or damage to studio property may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.
5.Health & Safety
Students must inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions before class.
The studio is not responsible for any injuries sustained during classes, practice slots, or performances.
Proper attire and footwear must be worn for safety and ease of movement.
A separate pair of shoes must be worn during class, outside shoes are not allowed.
6.Use of Studio Facilities
The studio is to be used only for scheduled classes and practice slots.
Students must maintain cleanliness and respect the studio space.
7. Media & Video Recording
By enrolling, students grant Educatsio permission to use class videos, performance clips, and photographs for promotional purposes.
